Foundations for Wellbeing

Build your own way to wellbeing, with a coach who understands neurodivergence.

What is Foundations for Wellbeing?

Free, one-to-one coaching for neurodivergent adults who want to explore wellbeing.

A space to work towards what matters to you.

You don’t need to know what to talk about yet. That can be how we start.

  • Free: No cost to you

  • With a qualified neuroinclusive coach

  • Up to 12 sessions

  • No diagnosis needed: Self-identified or diagnosed, you’re welcome

  • Non-directive: No advice, no being told what to do. You are the expert in your own experience.

New to coaching, or not sure what it involves? Our guide walks you through it: Introduction to coaching.

Good to know

Foundations for Wellbeing is not a mental health treatment. It’s not therapy, counselling or crisis support. It works alongside your existing care and support.

Common mental health difficulties don’t rule you out. What matters is whether coaching feels right for you, right now - something we figure out together.

Not sure if it’s right for you? Get in touch and we’ll talk it through.

Working with our coaches

Your coach will partner with you to create a space where you can explore:

  • What wellbeing means for you.

  • What feels important for you.

  • The small changes that would make a difference.

Our approach

Our coaching is non-directive and neuroinclusive.

Non-directive means it isn't about being told what to do or given advice. It's about having space to explore and find your own answers - because you know you best. Coaching can help bring that into focus.

Neuroinclusive means the coaching is shaped around how your mind works, rather than asking you to follow a set way of doing things. If something would help you take part in the way that works best for you, we'll figure it out together.

Why we created Foundations for Wellbeing

We're neurodivergent ourselves: coaches, professionals and people who have spent years trying to navigate systems that often weren't designed with us in mind.

If any of this feels familiar - feeling misunderstood, dismissed, unsupported, or struggling to find someone who just gets it - we understand, because many of us have lived it too.

People believed in us, and now it’s our turn to believe in you, and in what’s possible. Coaching won’t tell you what to do, or fix things for you, but it can help you reach things that, right now, might feel out of reach.

Everyone deserves a space where they can feel heard, explore what’s important to them and find the way that works for them. We know just how powerful the right support can be.

Interested in getting involved?

We’re currently recruiting coaches and hoping to open Foundations for Wellbeing up to participants from September.

As a small, pilot programme, we'll only be able to offer a limited number of coaching places to begin with, so there may be a wait.

Please show your interest below and we will be in touch.
