We are Neurodivergent MiNDs.
Our Story.
Neurodivergent MiNDs began with a gap we encountered again and again: the gap between the mental health and wellbeing support neurodivergent people need and what is actually available.
Through our own lived experience, conversations with our community, and growing academic research, the same picture emerged: people are often left to cope alone because the services and systems designed to help can be difficult to access or can create further barriers.
So many people describe feeling unheard, unsafe, misunderstood, and unsupported. We created Neurodivergent MiNDs to help change that.
We believe neurodivergent people are the experts in their own experience. That expertise is how we bridge the gap. No one should be left coping alone.
A bridge both ways.
We bring research and understanding directly to you, translating it into everyday language and practical examples, so you can better understand yourself, explore your options, and advocate for what you need.
We carry your lived experience back to professionals, so it shapes what is understood, taught, and offered.
By listening and working in partnership, we make space for you to be truly heard. From there, we can create meaningful change together.
