We support neurodivergent people directly.
Our direct support is not about fixing or helping people to ‘fit in’. They’re about feeling able to simply be, as you are.
By centring the experiences of neurodivergent people, we work to:
Connect people with effective, meaningful mental health and wellbeing support.
Improve understanding and practice within mental health systems.
Enable people to embrace their identity, advocate for their needs and be heard.

About
Foundations for Wellbeing offers structured, non-directive, one-to-one coaching to neurodivergent people who want to improve their wellbeing and quality of life. The focus is on supporting people to author their own wellbeing, exploring ways to take part in life that feel comfortable, meaningful and sustainable for them.
Foundations for Wellbeing is not a mental health treatment. It sits alongside existing health and care services rather than replacing them, and is not therapy, counselling or crisis support.
Our coaching is neuroinclusive and person-centred. By neuroinclusive, we mean we recognise and actively accommodate all forms of neurodivergence;
self-identification is valid.

An inclusive way to spend time in nature that work for you. Built around your own interests, with an indoor space always available. No pressure, no masks, no right or wrong way to take part.
About
Ways to be in Nature is a series of relaxed, low-pressure workshops in local green spaces.
Being outside isn’t always easy. It can feel overwhelming, exposed, or like there’s a “right way” to do it.
We’re creating something different:
No pressure to join in a certain way
No expectations to be social or “on”
No judgement if it feels hard
